The delivery of the goods takes place worldwide.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic (Germany) deliveries:

From a purchase value of 40,00 EUR the shipping is free of charge.
From an order value of 40,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Schweiz, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom: 7,90 €

Other countries in the world: €34.00

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

More details about payment

The invoice amount is to be settled within 14 days in case of payment on invoice.

When paying by SEPA core direct debit or by SEPA company direct debit, you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
